A friend of mine in Tampa recently started her own business. She is an incredible artist and she has made "old school" paperdolls like we had as kids featuring all cultures from around the world.
She was gracious enough to give me the Asian set as a gift for our daughter and they are so beautiful. Just thought I would share her link with anyone who may be interested.

Those are really cool. I used to love to get the Mary Engelbright magazine for her paper dolls. She does a beautiful Asian girl.
